Hi, I’m Clare McCaffrey and I’m here to support you, whether that be strategically, emotionally, physiologically or all three!

I’m a 52 year old, married (for 19 years) mum of 2 teenagers, dog lover/rescuer, horse rider, Life Coach, Relationship Coach (originally trained as a Relationship Counsellor), Pilates Teacher and Personal Trainer with a love of learning. I like to work with people who really want to change and move forwards with their lives and would be considered a more functional and practical Coach who prefers to use clinically proven techniques to help my clients achieve their goals. I’m based near High Wycombe, Bucks, UK.

I believe that people can do most things that they put their minds to, whether that goal is a physical or mental one, or maybe both, they just need to take consistent, constructive action. I first experienced this in my 20s whilst training in Tae Kwon Do. I needed to break boards to pass gradings and ultimately gain my black belt. I was much smaller than the average student, who were mostly male and over 5’10, and we were required to do the same breaking as each other regardless of height and weight. The only way I could pass my gradings was to reduce the difficulty level of the boards until I could consistently break them and slowly increase the resistance. Ultimately, I got to the point where I couldn’t miss and went on to win tournaments with this skill and the learning from this I later adapted to achieve many other goals in my life so far.

I am on my second marriage, I married young and divorced young! I have had my fair share of hurts and upsets linked to relationships. These experiences led me to be curious and study the psychology behind relationships and why people do what they do. I truly believe that a good relationship takes work but it’s work worth doing.
